Don't know of any web site for what your looking for.
The torque on the head is 70-75 foot pounds.
The center bolts get torqued first, working your way out from the center in a crossing pattern like you would tire lugs, with the 4 corner bolts getting torqued last. Hopefully someone else has a picture they can post on that.
If your head bolts or nuts look like they need replaced, grade 5 will do nicely. Running a die down your head studs will clean them up so you get a good even torque.
Once you get'er running, I recommend running the engine to get it hot, let it cool, then re-torquing your head again to help prevent leaks.
I have heard plenty of guys say they have been sucessful bolting-up dry head gaskets, heard plenty of guys that had leaks and had to re-do the head gasket too. I wanted some extra insurance against leaks so I used a spray-on, copper colored head gasket sealant... and was happy with the results.
If you are going through all the trouble to rebuild the head, and you have the time to order a manual, I recommend getting one before bolting your engine back together. The manual has dozens of clearances, measurements, and lots of good info, to help make sure you only have to do this job once.
