The engine oil in my fergie was cloudy and slightly greenish grey. I have just done an oil change and the neww oil has quickly gone the same. I am wondering if there is water geting in from the radiator as i have anti boil anti rust (green ) in the radiator water? or could it be transmission oil? dont think so because the level there doesnt change. Could it be the oil filter element breaking down, havent looked there yet. Any advice appreciated

I might be leading you astray here, as I can't recall whether it was the TE or TEA which had a core plug in between the rocker gear.
Might be worth taking the R/C off and pressurising the cooling system before taking engine down.
Unless head gasket is blown to bits, I'd think gasket less likely than liner leak (compression pressure = greater than oil pressure = greater than water pressure - at least when running. Usually head gasket or crack loses coolant through exhaust, less often oil in water, not water in oil.
So, my next job would be to drop oil pan and see if water leaks down from above whilst head is still on and therefore still able to pressurise cooling system.

As Jim says it is water from the cooling system, through Head gasket, or the gaskets the liners sit on (figure 8 type), or a cracked head or a cracked block. Whatever it is you need to strip it down to find out what it is.

It's coolant. The transmission oil won't get into the engine oil as there is a large area between them with no fluids - the bell housing, where the clutch resides.
Two suspect areas are the head gasket, or "figure 8" gaskets - these seal between the bottom of the (removable) cylinders and the oil pan.
