TO-20 Continental Z-120 Serial Number Plate

I have now purchased two different serial number plates (from two different vendors) to replace the nearly blank (wiped smooth) one on my 1950 TO-20. Problem is, that neither one actually matches the faint shadow image that I can make out on the original. First, has anyone ever seen a clean clear serial number plate or a photo of one? In all the books I've pored over, I've never once come upon a close up photo of the engine serial number plate. Second, even less likely to get a positive answer, does anybody know where one might get a new, correct, serial number plate?
