Hello , My previos post answered by John in
the UK , thank you , I have determined this
tractor is a 1953, thanks to your advice. I am in need of guidence to adjust the governor on this tractor. It does not seem to advance the throttle when put under a heavy load. The manual that I bought only covers the T O and T E models with the continental engines, mine has the standard engine. Any help in this area
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Dave

The setup procedure for the governor is to lengthy to post here, and is also very sensitive to ANY adjustment.

Best advice from one who has been there is to buy a proper Ferguson manual, and follow the setup procedure to the letter.

HTH
