According to my IT manual, the Z-134 should be static timed to 6 degrees before TDC with the number one piston up, ie, 6 degrees in advance.

At 2000 RPM spark should occur between 26-30 degrees for engines with the 1112557 distributer, for engines with the 1112570 distributor spark should occure betwen 28-32 degrees, at 2200 rpm. Neither of these is for the 8:1 comp. high altitude engine.

Good Luck,

GH
