I installed a new manifold on my TO20 last Winter... might have got it off this web site, don't recall now. There are lots of tractor part houses that sell parts for TO-20s. In addition to Paul's recommendation, also check davistractor.com, and ----- --, and of course, this web site. Check around, prices vary a lot. The manifold I got mounted right up, everything fit the same as the old one. The exhaust had a 3 bolt flange and adapter to convert to the stock muffler flange. Again, it mounted right up to the stock muffler no problem. However, the new "style" or casting had a slightly different profile, a funny "chimney" looking profile on the intake that rises above the manifold a few inches. Doesn't affect how it bolts-up, but a "trained eye" can tell it is not original.
My old manifold literally rusted apart. The new one, I took the time to clean off the machine oil, and painted it with high temp. manifold paint. Installed a new muffler at the same time. The manifold paint has darkened some with use but still looks good, the muffler started rusting after running the tractor a couple times. I recommend painting your new manifold!
