TE20 Tractors with the Continental engine were last produced in July 1948 Serial # 48,000 They started fitting the Standard engine in September 1947 they fitted both till middle of 1948

Chuck,

All that you describe is correct for a TE-20. The others you discuss are as Jim indicated are TEA-20 with a different engine. Your oil filter is in the oil pan. It is accessed by removing the large round plate on the bottom of the engine. The replacement filter is available from NAPA and is PN 1107.

Jeff.

I am sure they do. It is a different filter. The moptor in the TEA is the same standard motor that went in the Triumph Automobile.

Call them, they have good referance books.

Yes, the TE20 had a Continental engine. Later they switched to a Standard engine (the one with the external oil filter) and the name became TEA20.
The Z120 engine on yours is the same as the engine on the American-built TO20.
Jim
