I thinking of getting TO 20 and would like to know the minumum inside tire width and the outside tire width. I"d be renting a trailer (u-haul) and want to make sure it fits. Thanks Den

I haul my TEA 20 with ease on a U-Haul "auto transporter" - its a car trailer. We had Barry from Stirling's tractor on board with a 5' bush hog mounted and it fit perfectly. The maximum weight of the vehicle on the trailer is 4000 lbs - so you have no problems weight wise. U-Haul won't let you tow the thing unless you have a truck - in my case it was a Ford Ranger.

Careful driving will get you into a 6 foot wide box trailer with the rear wheels at their 'standard' setting, and allowing for the hub protrusions beyond the tyres - just measured mine in the garage.

I've hauled my TO30+brush hog in my old 16' stock trailer. The rear door would not shut completely, but the width was about 6" wider than the rear tires. I think the absolute minumum rear rim width is 52", not including tire width.
