I couldn't say who has the best kit, but I will guess that most kits have Tisco parts. I bought a rebuild kit last Winter from the MF dealer... believe it or not, it was cheaper than getting the kit off this web site, main reason was I didn't have to pay shipping with the MF dealer. The kit I got from MF sounded just like the kit I looked at on this site, and a couple other sites.
I found the Tisco parts all worked good, gaskets fit right, sleeves and pistons fit nice, sealed nice, no problems to report.

There are LOTS of people selling rebuild kits, prices vary a lot, shop around. Also read the fine print to see exactly what you are getting, different vendors have different kits.
Good Luck!
