I posted this earlier but still need a little more help. I had to add 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid when I ran it low. The pto and lift had quit all at once. Shredder would not raise and pto would not turn. Filled with a basic hydraulic fluid and nothing. After sitting a couple of days now the it lifts and the pto turns slowy then full speed. Once in a bind or trying to use hitting some grass the pto quits turning and the lift quits. I have to wait and can only use once at a time. Then the pto turns slowly until full speed but try to use and lose all power. How do I check the pump or strainer someone said earlier. Also you said a certain fluid is there a certain brand? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks a million, Tom

Hi Tom Your problem sounds like your pto clutch disc is gone. It turn the three point pump & the pto shaft is turned by the tail shaft of the three point pump. When the
pto disc goes you lose both the lift & pto. If I can be of further assistance Email me at [email protected]
