I have a TO-20 that I restored. All the sheet metal is straight. I went through everything in the engine (the engine was in great shape so I didnt do anything except replace gaskets). original hood, fenders, seat, gauges(they work). The only really new stuff I put on was manifold, exhaust, radiator, and steering wheel. I put in new little stuff like ignition kit, plugs, plug wires, and carb kit just to make sure it ran perfect. I also got it painted. If anyone knows the value that would help me out alot

Thanks

Jim,
Where are you located in Wisconsin? I live just south of Green Bay and I've seen TO-20's and 8N/9N Fords listed in local papers for between $2,300 and $3,500 depending on condition and whether they have been rebuilt or not.

Jim,
I agree with the other fella about the value being a local thing. My TO30 cost half what folks in this area pay for a 8n/9n, I wouldn't trade it for anything. Where I am, you could expect to get $1500 - $2000, but it's all about who is interested. Good luck!

Jim, your TO20 is worth as much as your local market will pay. Hard to say what that is, probably best to go to a few auctions to get a good idea. Here in Ohio, I saw a rough looking TO-20 with milky oil, a JB Weld patched radiator, big dent in the dash and a couple broken gauges .... but it ran OK, the 3PT worked, and had good rubber, sold for $1000 last Saturday. A 9N right next to it in a little better shape sold for $1100. I regularly see good running 9N/brush hog combo's for sale about $1500-$1800. Your TO would probably sell somewhere in that general $1000 - $1500 range...depends on your local market. Unless you're selling a high-end show tractor, from my experience, rebuild/restore jobs don't usually seem to pull in too much more money. Most tractors that age have been restored at least once by now. I rebuilt my TO20 from top to bottom last Winter, stripped-her down and gave her a real nice paint job. If I were to sell her today, I would lose money.... but I knew that when I started the job.
Hope this helps
