I've pulled the head on my TEA-20 Standard engine, and discovered the number one piston is concave, by design, on the top. Probably this explains why it's compression is 85 compared to 104, +/- on the other three. Anybody know anything about this? Also, could somebody forward me torgue values and tightening sequence for the head bolts?

Dished or flat, the compression ratio will be the same, and so should your figures for the compression test (within test limits). If that cylinder is down, look beyond the shape of the piston crown.

They should be flat top pistons in that engine. Cylinder head should be tightened to 60 - 65 lbs ft. email me and I will send you tightening sequence.
