TO-30 restoration, governor manuals

I just bought a '53 TO-30. The price was so low I couldn't pass it up. Box scraper and Davis loader all working. The carb and air intake were full of water, but is OK now. The fuel line was next to the exhaust pipe and is melted a bit.
My question:
The governor was disconected, owner put a simple spring on the throttle linkage. My service manual seems a bit weak, not many pictures showing that linkage or how to get into the governor. (The front loader seems to be in the way too.) Owner said some spring in the governor was broken (?). Any recommendations for a better service manual or where to get photos of that section?
I also need to fix an oil leak on the rear axle (may need new brakes). Needs paint, otherwise its fine. Great info here!

The Harry Ferguson reprint owners manual throughly explains how to adjust the governor. The shop repair manual explains how to disassemble the governor and reinstall it. Replacement parts are available from a MF dealer. The original fuel line is made from steel and will not melt, a replacement is available also. You will need to remove the front loader to gain access to most engine work. Congratulations on aquiring the "other woman"!
