The back one, nearest the driver is #4, but either way it would look like plenty of oil is dripping down the valve stem - nothing much to worry about, and good for upper cylinder lubrication :) Pressurised rad is probably head, yes, and not too difficult to do either. Once the head is off, it is a good time to sort out the valves and guides, too. Of course, if it isn't the head, then suspect the block, but I hope it isn't that as you sound like a man who looks after his tractor. If it is the block, look in the sump for milky oil - a sure sign that water is getting places it should not be. You could try a compression test on each cylinder - more than a 15 psi difference between all the cylinders could indicate a bigger problem, so get back to the board then. Just lifting the rocker cover off the head may show rusty deposits - in which case definitely do the head, unless the sump oil is milky - so again get back to the board.
