Loader Troubles -- Superior loader TO20

I purchased a loader for my To-20 and thought that I had all the parts for it. The loader is a Superior JD-100 trip bucket. The problem that I'm having is the loader is to long for the tractor 6.5 inches to long. The guy that I bought the loader from says it was off a To-20 with no modification. Has anyone got any ideas? Do I need to make a modified bracket for the front?

I've got that same loader on a Tea 20-85 ferguson, what part dosn't line up? There should be a mount that fits onto the front engine cradle, unfortunatly you have to modify the hood to fit it. I don't see that mount in your picture, its the part that fits on the front cross-member of the loader.

I have upload a picture to show you how the front bracket does not line up with the bracket. Am I using the right bracket. A picture of how your yours is mounted is worth a thousand words.

Steve the front cross-member on mine fits directly under the radiator via the bracket. There are three small brackets that hang down that connect into the holes on the flat bracket that is welded onto the front bottom tube. The tube/extensions that go to rear axel extend just behind the rear axel by a inch or so, the brackets fit to the two bolts that hold the fenders on. These brackets are off-set, is there any chance they are on the wrong way around, or on the wrong side of the tractor. Sorry I'm not able to take any photos. Hope this helps. By the way this is a great little loader, I've put a weight box on the back, and use it with loaded tires and chains to load manure and odd jobs around the place.

The brackets that mount to the bottom of the rear axle should be slip brackets. The bottom rig tubes slide fore and aft to get your length dimension correct. That way it fits a variety of models.
