I work a '54 fergy. It has a 12v conversion and runs well. The lights makes me wonder though? I have three, each has a wing motif, and the one on the fender flare sticks up a bit making one wonder where they came from? Wings on a tractor? Well... pigs have wings don't they? Haven't found a photo showing any detail. Still workin' but wonderin' too. Looking for some enlightenment!

I'm just wondering, if it's a 54 TEA, why did it need to be converted to 12 Volt. I have a 54 TEA and it's factory 12 volt. What part of NY are you from? TEA's are great tractors but have not seen many in this area [CNY]. Paul

The serial number on the steering column decodes as '54. I used the ferguson site. Somehow I always thought that the TE's were built 6 volt. Washington County, between the Hudson river and Vermont.
