One thing no one has pointed out is that the lower half of the bracket is missing. Looks like its been cut off.

Besides being used for the stabiliser bars (u call em sway bars, actually it should be ANTI-SWAY to be accurate) they were used for the rear mounted mower and the LUO front loader.

Morning Bud. It looks like the same thing I have under my TEA-20 It is a bracket for a number of things. When I got my tractor there was an original Ferguson Manure Fork hooked up to the front of her. The loader was hooked up in such away that it had to be supported underneath by 2 bars that hooked up under the axle and went back to the 3-point hitch. As a result of this the loader would raise up instead of the 3-point hitch. Kinda holding everything in place at the back. I now have the loader off and the bracket in the picture is used to support a bar that goes fron the back to the draw bar . This stops the 3-point hitch from swaying back and forth. Its great for hauling a trailer full of wood. No swaying back and forth loosing all the wood. Good Luck,,, Barry
