To my knowledge, all TE-A's were imported without any lighting at all. Here in DK lighting was ordered as an extra and was supplied either by the importer or the local dealer. Most of the lighting equipment in DK was made by the ERMAX co. and is still readily available.

In my research on lights for Ferguson tractors, I have never found any reproductions being offered anywhere. My Stevens catalog only shows FORD light reproductions and they are not the same as Ferguson original lights. Perhaps my catalog is out of date and now Stevens is offering them. Would be pleased to know.

Hi Phil and Henning

stevens only has for Ford as far as I can see....

Henning, if the lights fitted in Denmark is the same as those fitted in Norway, then i really dont wont those... they light up the whole hood, and not too mutch in front of the tractor, the original lights were fitted in the front of the hood, not in the rear of the hood, i have seen ONE ferguson here in Norway with the original lights, it was from 1950 like mine, but most of them had the lights that was put right in front of the driver... i have used fergies with that setting and it is no good, if the hood is wet, you gety lots of reflection (cant see a @ thing), and the light is poor....

Jone, I need to clarify my statements about not finding any reproductions of Ferguson lights in my research. This statement only applies to the lights made by CM Hall for the North American light kits for Ferguson thru F-40 models. In other countries for example the UK, lights were made by Lucas(and maybe others?) and it may well have been that the countries receiving the exported Fergusons had other suppliers for accessories such as lights. An argument can be made for this situation based on economics, custom duties, etc. But this is speculation on my part. If this happened, then maybe there are repro lights being made in some countries depending on demand. The UK would be a good test case as there are so many Fergusons operating there. Can anyone from the UK say that reproductions are available that match Lucas or maybe Lucas has a small run but I doubt it??
