My Grandfather had a Ferguson 30. While trying to remove the top plate over the hydraulics, my brother has somehow unhooked the linkage that hooks to the pump. Does anyone have any drawings that I could use to reattach the linkage. Lift doesn't work at all now and I need help.

He may have broken the end off the control valve, that is what usually happens if you are rough with it. If it hasnt broken you can get at it through the side covers and through the pump drain plug, the control valve is right above that., just spead the legs of the control fork and fit the tee piece on the valve into each leg. If you want a drawing showing all this let me have an eail address I can send it to.

Just reworked a TO-30 hydraulic system this weekend. Works fine. Bit the bullet and bought the "Zane Thang" and put it on today. Works like it's supposed to and wouldn't have one without it. E-mail me and I'll walk you through the hook up. I'll start now. Take the lid off. Put the "wishbone looking arm" on so that the bottom curves to the rear of the tractor. There should be a spring ther. After youget the wishbone on with the two little pins (not forget to cotter pin them) attach the spring to the center of the wishbone and the front bottom of the lift cylinder. Do not reinstall the aluminum block at this time. Reinstall the top cover and bolt itdown. Spread the bottom of the wishbone over the single tree. I attached one side, left the bbottomplug out land used two flat pieces to push thewishbone over and position the singletree. After you get it back over the singletree, put the aluminum block back in and replace the two bolts. This holds the wishbone ;looking thing over the singletree. I reinstalled this aluminum block by myself, but, it would have been easier for meto holdit in place on the right side and get someone else to put the little bolt in the other side.Good luck
