TO20 won't lift?

I have a TO30 and I can't get the hydraulics to work either. The lift lever for the 3 point seems to be frozen. And the attachment for a hydraulic cylinder does not work either. It is full of oil but I want to get suggestions on what to try first to figure out this problems. Any suggestions anyone???

Lift lever on my T0-20 was also frozen. I took the nut off and sprayed Gibbs (rust breaker) into the shaft and tapped it with a hammer everyday for a week. Finally heated it with propane and used a pipe wrench to free it up. Worked it back and forth for a couple of days while still spraying and goes the full range of motion now. If the shaft is rusted further inside the roller bearings you may have to take the top off to free it up. Try the easy w
