Guy;
My TO-35 owner's manual states to use "Type A" ATF. This is not available in my area and instead, after some research, I've been using hydraulic fluid (tractor fluid, some call it) for about two years without problems. I think the main thing is not to use modern ATF or power steering fluid as these contain additives not meant for old tractors- so say the masses.
