Stay Bar Chain

I have an original set of "stay bars" with the original chain and warning plaque. What i need to know is how and where do you hook the end of the chain? It has a metal connection on it with a slit that I assume slips over the hydraulic lift control lever but it seem to be made to fit a certain way and every way I put it doesn't seem to fit just right.
Any help or pictures would be appreciated.

Hey dbrown-
Go to the Ford N-forum where I just answered this question---oh yeah, it was you there too! Anyway you need to have the stop bracket p/n 9N-521 which locks down in the quadrant with a wing nut to set your height stop. It just slips in and snugs down.

Just unscrew the wing nut on the quadrant lever stop and the slot in the chain bracket just fits under the wing nut and you tighten it to hold it in position (at the bottom of the quadrant)
