I have what i thought was a To30. The serial # is TO-39717. I was told it was a 1952 to30 but it has the oil filter in the bottom of the oil pan like a to20. What do I have.Could someone have changed the motor with a 20. The hood says fergussen 30.

The difference is just the engine as far as I am aware, the TO20 was fitted with a Continental Z120 23.9hp and the TO30 was fitted with a Continental Z129 30.27hp

From the # you give its a TO20 1951. TO30 # run from 60,001 up. 1952 TO30 # run 72680 to 108644
