TO-20 Engine diagnosis

Recently purchased a TO-20 that did not run and have it running but have a few issues. I will list what I know: 1) Engine runs good, no smoke but very low oil pressure (5-10). 2)Noticed noisy valve train, pulled valve cover and appears to be no oil coming up top. Ran w/o valve cover and noticed no oil. 3) Pulled head to verify gasket was lined up properly and that oil passages were open. All looked good. Spun over engine to see if oil would come out of hole in block and it did not 4) Cylinder walls looked okay, no scratches. What should I do? I was hoping to avoid a rebuild but it looks like it is needed. Can I just rebuild oil pump to get enough pressure or does someone think there is a blockage somewhere?

If you want good oil pressure do it all there is alot of places oil can bypass these guys on the this web site walked me throgh the whole rebuild procedure you can try just the pump and see how it goes and if your head is off run a wire down that small hole maybe some sludge dowm there
