Does anyone know of a good supplier for TEA - 20 parts? I need a water pump and brake shoes. The local Massy dealer has been no help.

You may like to look at this site, they have a good selection of TE20 spares and they do stock water pumps and Brake Shoes and they will ship most places

Where are you?
Re: water pump - you can't get new bearings in that size anymore, so if that's what you need, you have to get a whole new pump. You can however get the seal kit and rebuild your original if your bearings are OK. Re: brake shoes - you can have your old ones relined and it generally costs less than new ones. Try taking them in to your local auto parts place.
If you are in Australia or the US, try BareCo for parts.
If Canada, it's more difficult, but you can pay lots of money to get stuff in from BareCo in the US, or, find a better MF dealer and pay lots of money there.
