TE 20 Rear rim

Will rear rim from a Ford 9N fit on rear of 1948 Ferguson TE20. I know there are several types of bolt hangers on each tractor. But, if the hangers are correct is there any reason they are not interchangable? Thanks for your response.

Ray,

To answer your question, Yes the N rims with six bolts do fit on the TE20. I had to replace a rim last year and my local tire company had the best price, mounted the tire, and provided new un rusted attachment bolts (center to rim).

I went in and an hour later I had a new complete wheel.

Thanks Jeff. Need a rear tire and have a chance to purchase a new Firestone mounted on rim off a 8N. Have to travel a few mile to see tire and rim and wanted to know if it was worth my time to make trip. Thanks again, Ray

Correct replacement rims(new) are available from Miller Tire, one of the YT sponsors. Look left under Marketplace.
