can someone tell me what might be the problem with my pto. I am in the middle of restoreing a TO-20. and the only thing is the hydrlics and pto. I took the pto shifter cone off the trans. Wall and the trans gear that runs the pto works. I can spin the pto by hand it does not bind or catch at all. someone told me to check the fork in the shifter cone and i did move it side to side and i can still spin it by hand. and info will be greatly apprecatied
