Magneto parts for the Standard 85 mm Engine

I have posted the message in the implement discussion forum but as it is a engine used in the TEA20 tractor I thought I would post the question here as well.

I have recently purchased a Massey Harris 701 baler. The baler is powered by the 85mm bore petrol Standard engine as found in the Ferguson TEA20 tractors. The main difference is however is that instead of the distributor a magneto is used so as to remove the need for battery and generator. According to a Gregory's repair and maintenance manual the magneto is model 4VRA V160.

I was wondering if parts for this magneto are still available, preferably in Australia but the existance overseas means that I could possibly find them here.

There are several people in VIC & NSW that specialise in magneto repairs.
I can supply phone nos if u need them.

you could try fergiebitz in the uk or try bareco in australia also go to www.google.com and do a search for magneto repair there are companies that do this type of work.

Rod,
Bareco seem to only supply the distributor parts for the Standard engine. Will look at your suggestions.
