I was plowing snow last night when the lift would not come up. Tried and tried and no deal. Well was going to the barn and low and behold it came right up. What could it be. I just cleaned the system out last year and it was 20 outside.

I had a case like this and it turned out the linkage had come off one side of the control valve T. The valve would move a bit, stick a bit, move a bit, etc, but generally in the right direction at least. Something to check anyway. You can stick your arm in through the side inspection plate into all that nice cool oil and feel around to check if it's all hooked up as it should be.

mine will do that i think mine freezes not hard but enough ,even though i change the oil all the time , but i think it does an after i run it sometimes it will take 5 or 10 minutes but i notice it comes up, in the winter i use a chain to hold the black blade up just in case it doesn,t work , then i plow for a bit with the loader ,when it warms up i will then use the back blade as well
