Where to find parts?

In trying to get a T030 back on its feet, I've found some of the things I need through ATS (the parts store through this site) but there are a few I can't find. Any suggestions on where to find any of the following will be a big help! They kinda fall in the category of "Little things, but you can't get along without 'em!", ya know?
- Oil filler cap
- Upper water spout (from water pump to radiator)
- Hydraulic fluid dipstick

Would also appreciate knowing where to find an electronic ignition, if one's available.

And one more thing: Not sure what this is called but there's an aluminum casting that the steering column runs through. Seems to support the rear part of the hood. Need one of those, too!

Help!!! I'm in need of an axle(right rear) for my Ferguson T030. Can not find anyone who says they have one. ANY HELP would be great. Thanks, Terry Scatena.

Thanks to all who replied. You gave me a bunch of good leads, & I found what we needed to get started. As I mentioned, this ol' gal was in a fire & then sat out in the weather for a few years. We're now about ready to get serious putting her back in running condition.

i dont know if it helps but i just got a bunch of parts for my TO-30 from my local massey-ferguson dealer, they had what i needed as far as gaskets, seals, bearings, throttle linkage etc. not sure if they have what you are looking for or not.it's kinda hit and miss, for instance i could get an oil pan gasket, but not a drain plug.It's worth a try though. For salvage parts, try Mac Tractor Salvage in Colcord, OK, phone (918) 422-5514. In the past they have had steering housings. However, these are pricey, as I don't believe they are available as new items anyplace.

Try these people, they seem to have all you want - sorry they aren't so local, but even snail mail works!!

Just follow the links for Ferguson spares, TED, and the Acrobat file will list the top hose, thermostat housing, and way, way down the list, the dipstick for the transmission. Didn't see the filler cap (are you looking for engine or transmission filler cap?)

I'm working on the basis that a TO30 is the same animal as a TE20 -85 (30hp engine, 24.5 at the drawbar)

You could also try some of the other links off the Friends of Ferguson website at fofh.u-net.com for other options.

No problem John,

At least you've woken up to real tractors after years of Fords :-) I can say that after driving an 8210 farming. Lots of grunt, but short on finesse.

Second hand stuff you can probably get from breakers nearer home (e.g. steering housing) as far as electronic ignition goes, why do you want it? If the 'old' style ignition is in good order, it'll run just fine, and you can save the $ for another spare that you don't even know you need, yet.

Good suggestions on the used parts, James, and thanks. Yes, will probably spend a little time going through the salvage places here in central TX as there are quite a few of them. The steering housing is the piece that has me most worried, but who knows? May luck out.

As for the electronic ignition, it's just a "maybe" at this point. I've heard pros, cons from those who have made the conversion so my curiosity's aroused a bit.
