I have a harry ferguson to-20 and I can not seem to get any power out of her. I am thinking of putting over sized sleeves in it. I would like to know how much more power could be expected. Any help would be nice.

The tractor should provide around 25hp - enough to deal with a 2 furrow plough or 3 ton trailer. My TED 20 would not produce any power but after overhauling the carb and resetting, resetting the timing it became a new tractor. other problems might be valve clearence, governor/linkage, or even a worn engine.
