Please answer the following questions:
1 Is there a way to check the starter on the tractor? 2 I have a 1958 TO-35 tractor and it has a belt attachment mounted on the front where the hand crank would fit. Is this normal and shouldn't I have receiver for the hand crank? The hole is cut in the sheetmetal but it has this attachment mounted on the crankshaft can I change this out?

Mine does have a reciever for the hand crank. I don't have a crank though so have never used it. Is your starter not working?
