Requesting Opinions on TEA 2085 vs TO35 Deluxe vs MF 35

I am trying to make a decision about adding some improvements to my 1951 TEA 2085 or looking for an upgrade to a 35. The major feature I want is live PTO/Hydraulics and I would also really like to have power steering if possible.
What I am looking for is some advice/opinion from those who have used these tractors - how much bigger are the T0-35s and the MF 35s than the TEA 2085? are they as manouverable? do they generally take up more room for turning etc.? I use my 2085 mostly for bush hogging to and through the wooodlot and it is a great size for this.

If I go the route of upgrading I would be looking for ideally a 35 with two stage clutch, 3cyl Perkins diesel, power steering ... as well as low hours and low price - well, might as well dream while I can.

I admit there is a bit of a tingle of excitement in looking for a "new to me" tractor, but I feel like the 2085 is an old friend and perhaps I should just install a "LiveThang" from Zane Sherman to get independent PTO on the 2085 and get on with it.

Any comments / insights based on personal experiences with these models would be appreciated.

Bob: Me again! I read in one of the ytmag articles that if you fill the steering box with one of those teflon oils or greases, your steering will be easier. Might work on all the greased steering joints too.

Bob: I have an MF35, and have seen 35's right next to 2085's TO30's and Ford N's, and I don't see any noticable size difference, none really. Mine has taller tires, so I sit a little higher than on the others. As for manouverability, mine will turn on a dime when the turning brakes are used. I scrape snow off city driveways(2 cars wide, 40 or 50 feet long) in a subdivision and I don't find it too big usually. I would like power steering too, but it steers fine if you don't have noodle arms, but don't need to be an Armstrong man either.
