TO30 Transmission Broken

I have a TO30 with a backhoe and loader on it that stopped moving suddenly (like I was using the loader and had just dumped a bucket, went to back up and it won't move!). We (my son and I) drug it home and started checking things out. To make a long story short, we ended up splitting the tractor and found the transmission output shaft had broken just aft of the bearing where the splines are that connect to the "driveshaft" that connects to the rear end.

I've got the main shaft out now, but was wondering what my options are to repair this. What sources are there for transmission parts (new/used)? Should I have a machine shop fabricate a new one? (This looks expensive - lots of splines and differing diameters.) Should I just swap out the entire transmission? (Works well other than this "small" problem!)

Thanks in advance,

Jim

I have sold complete good sets of gears (Everything) for 95.00 you should look around some for the parts. PS I don't have one now. Mark H.
