Throttle assembly is of poor design on the T020.
I tighened the spring tention but it still slips. Is there a retro fit mabe a notched piece.

The design is fine, if it isnt working correctly something is either worn out or not adjusted correctly. Replace the cork friction disk and adjust the linkage per the service manual and everything should work fine.

There's a cork gasket behind the round thingy under the dash that's part of the throttle linkage. It may be worn out, thus causing the slip.
