TO-35 23hp??

I have read elsewhere on the internet that the To-35 horse power was 23. I was thinking that the H.P. was about 32. Who is right??

One last question. The overhaul kit that I purchased said it had oversized pistons, and it would increase the horsepower. But it did not say by how much. I did not grind the block and the cylinder are the same size. How much add'l horse power would this kit create??

Nebraska Tractor Test for the TO-35 was done in October 1955. Test 564. The summary shows the belt horsepower at about 34 horsepower and the drawbar horsepower at about 31 horsepower. If I remember correctly, all those tests are available on the internet. I have found it by searching through www.google.com and then searching for Nebraska Tractor Tests.
