TEA 20 Paint Color

I am "thinking" about restoring my TEA20. Although some idiot removed the plate I am pretty sure that what I have is a TEA20. Standard engine, oil filter (angled on left), one piece steering box and the radiator is made in Coventry.

What I am not sure of is the color. The body of the tractor is silver grey and the sheetmetal and wheel rims are red. "Purest" tell me that all Fergies are grey, hands down, end of subject. My only problem is that this tractor has no evidence of ever being painted. No grey under the red paint or the silver.

Is it possible that what I have is something other than a TEA20?

Can anyone help me solve the paint question?

Dennis, I have one like that too. I have seen several over the years. The one's I have knowledge of came from Canada, as is mine. I don't know if they were imported by some entity and ordered that color or what? It is original color. I don't care, I use that one. I have one I restored and that is grey. Wife won't let me do another to that extent cause she has some crazy idea cars belong in the garage not tractors.
Go figure?

Hi Dennis

It can be a MF 35 Gasoline/Petrol powered engine, but i thought that the MF`s had Perkins Engines
