I just bought a six volt battery for a Farmall super C, I also felt thjat since it was six volt I should be able to put it in a TO-30. I stupidly left it for a week, and it was dead. I put it in my Super C and jumped it and it was charging, is there a short in the TO-30? I would assume so, Where is a good place to get a wiring harness that is near Rochester, NEW YORK??

If you really think you need a complete harness, then Agi-Services makes them and can be reached at 716-937-6618. They make these will original type wire insulation as well I believe. They are a little pricey being around $70 but they are in NY(somewhere). But I would do a little trouble shooting first and see where the charge is being bled off. It may not be the harness.
