I have noticed that my tractor (TO-20) will occasionally stall if I am bushogging in reverse up a slight or pronounced incline. If I roll the tractor down to a more level spot it will then run after it has sat there a while.Someone told me this might be due to the float in the carb.Does this sound correct?

Hey Dennis!
Do you think the gas level was so low in the tank that it all ran down to the front end and there was none left to trickle through the fuel line to the carb? That might explain why it took a minute or more sitting level to get gas back in the carb. That seems more likely to me than the float. I have thought my Te-20 was starting to miss on a side-slope with the left side uphill when I knew the gas level was low. Good luck!
