I own a '54 Fergie, TEa 20 on the front left portion of the hood is a Decal which has in script the word TWENTY and in numerals 85. I'm guessing here but I think the Twenty relates to TE 20 but I have not been able to find out what the 85 alludes to. Help!?

Twenty 85 - From what I've been able to glean from past Ferguson owners is that the 20 stands for the Horsepower and the 85 for the piston diameter in milimeter (mm) If this is not correct please let me know. Also does any know where I could get a decal or stencil to add this feature back onto the hood?

Thanks!

I have an "85" stamped on the engine block just below the carburator. But as far as I know, it was built in '51 and has the 80mm bore. Does yours have that aswell? I don't know what it should represent on an 80mm tractor

The 85 means 85 mm engine bore size. The earlier TEa 20 had an 80 mm bore size. Good luck.
