Last year, I took an original TO-20 radiator to the local radiator shop to get it re-cored. They said it was to far gone & sold me a replacement. It was made in Ireland is all I know. I've finally got far enough along in the rebuilding process to mount the new radiator. It's 1/2" narrower than the original which means the shroud doesn't fit. Also the upper hose connection pipe is 1" off center to the left of the water pump hose connection point. The radiator was $240 and I have long since threw the original away. Has anyone run into this before and how am I going to make it fit? Or... Does someone out there make an exact replacement for a TO-20 radiator and I'll just have to bite the bullet on the $240.

Had the same problem with a replacement for my TEF.

Solution was not to fit shroud and modify the water pump outlet by cutting it off, turning it 90 degrees and rewelding. There is then enough flexibility in a 90 degree top hose to connect to the radiator.

Have had no overheating problems since, even in 40 deg C in Australia.

Ray; I have searched the sites here for TO-30 & TO-20 parts and have found very few. For the 8Ns, 9Ns there are lots parts on these sites. I'm I missing a site on the YT Mag Site that has alot of parts for the TO-20 & 30 Tractors? I have told of some I have had for this reason. Can you tell me where these parts are here, I can't find that many listed. I don't want to shoot the messenger here either, I just don't see them. Thanks, Mark H.

Go to the search box, select massey,tab,select cooling,tab,type in "radiator",enter, results will appear. I found the air cleaner parts the same way,but you're right, they're gone now. If you need any advice I will be glad to share my miniscule knowledge. Sometimes computers intimidate me and I fail to see the simple route to getting somewhere though. I guess I expect it to be hard.

Ray; I found that part, I was looking for a page like the 8Nsmith but for Fergusons. I can't seem to find parts except rebuild kits, tune up kits clutches ect. There dose not seem to be any for radius arm parts, spindles, steering sector gears, levers for brakes ect. They only seem to be located at the tractor junk yards. Mark H.

Mark try farmandcountry.com the catalog sales is alive and operating. I received an email from them in Jan. stating they are rebuilding and maintaining the catalog store. Here's a link to salvage yards in North America.

A few months ago someone posted the name of a tractor dealer that bought up lots of NOS Ferguson parts from dealers closing up, somewhere in PA I think. I remember repling to it A search might find it. Sorry I don't have better info.
