Yes, this guy is a total scammer. He said he would send the cheque and surely he did, but when the cheque arrived, in the bank they said it was a forgery. So, absolutely DO NOT have any business with this "gerrard bricks" or anyone trying to use cheques. I mean, who the hell uses cheques nowadays anyways? (he had some lame excuse for it, something about some fund. I was very suspicious but decided to give it a go since I couldn't lose anything)

Can somebody confirm or denie the rhumor that Gerrard Bricks schould be a scammer. He is willing to buy my car, but nothing will move until the money, that will be transferred with a certified cheque, is on my bank account. So far he seems ok. Now I am waiting for his cheque!

How did he try to scam you? Because he is now buying a car from me, and he said he will send a cheque and after I have cashed it, he will pick up the car. I can't see how that can go wrong.

Toivottavasti tll joku jo huijatuksi tullut osaa suomea.Sama tapahtui tll ystvlleni.Nettiauto:n sivuilla varoitettiin ehdottomasti tst, koska shekkihuijarit tekevt niin ett maksavat ylihintaa ajoneuvosta vedoten rahtikuluihin.Kun Suomessa shekki ksitelln ainakin kolme viikkoa,he saavat huijattua rahan takaisin.Nettiauto:n sivuilla on tst hyv esimerkki ja siell sanotaan, ett jos olet jo tullut huijatuksi, pit ehdottomasti ilmoittaa poliisille asiasta, muuten hvit rahat ja myytvn tavarasi.

I don't know anything about him, but I would wait until the check clears the bank (they can tell you how long that will take)

Don't even think of selling something to Gerrard Bricks (using the e-mail adress [email protected]). He will send you a stolen cheque of an amount bigger than the price of the car (tractor) and few days later he will start to beg. He will ask if you can send 1000 to a shipment company to make the transfer faster. I waited until the bank checked the cheque before moving anything. It costed me 25 to do this, but at least I did'n loose 1000 and I still have my car for sale.
