Just mounted a Woods seven foot scraper blade on my Super C and it does not take much of a hill to lift the front end off the ground. I am using two sets of wheel weights on the front(narrow).
I plan to use the blade mostly to push snow. Appreciate any suggestions.

I'm not saying they're easy to find, but they also made frame weights for the C/SC that weigh a little over twice what the front wheel weights weigh. They bolt to the front bolster with 3 bolts on each side, total of about 170lbs.

There is a company that advertises in "RED POWER" that list the front bolster weights for the Super C. I have 2 Super C's with those weights and they make a BIG difference.

I think your best bet is to put a bumper on it. It needs one anyway to protect the grille. That's how I added weight to my Super C. Get a couple pieces of rectangular steel and mount them on each side of the tractor at the front cultivator bolt holes. Let the ends protrude out beyond the front of the tractor and weld a bumper to them. You will likely have to design the bumper yourself and have welder fabricate it.
