Could some one tell me what size cylinder they use on an aftermarket three point for a M. The one that is on it now is a 3" bore and 8"stroke. It don't seem to lift the equipment high enough.Would a 10" stroke help me any? Thanks for any help.

of course it will figure out the math look at the hitch now measure the lift then check out what more stroke would do which end do you have up the moveable or the fixed end depending on which way it is rigged might go down farther but not any higher up sounds like something is wrong does the bottom go down to the ground

The arms don't go all the way to the ground it likes about 3" The fixed end is down .What makes the diff. which end is up 8" is all it is going to move.

If your fixed end is on top you'll have a drop in
how high it will raise due to the longer cylinder
if your fixed end is on the bottom it won't go down as far as it did but you will pick it up higher. It's been mentioned elsewhere about just
moveing your pivot point can change how high it
will lift and drop. good luck, dave
