Got an old Super A with a land purchase. What is the horse power, displacment, top RPM and dry weight of this tractor?

Were wheel weights available to make it have equal ground weight on both sides? Will be using it in hilly terrain and don't want it to be tippy.

Ed

Also the two wheels should be different. The left/engine side wheel should be steel, the right/driver side cast iron. The iron wheel is thick and heavy, and, depending on how big you are, should nearly balance the tractor. Despite this, I have always heard that the engiine side is the heavy side of the tractor and should be kept uphill when going across a slope.

for what it is worth here is what i know...
the tractor should be somewhere around 2500 to 3000 pounds depending on what you have bolted on at the time (if it has touch control for example it will be on the heavier side adn of course wheel weights add..)the motor is a 113 cid with approx 18 hp or so...and to the best of my knowledge yes there are weights that are "offset" however i understand it is best to use it off camber with one side always down...perhaps someone else can give you more help as i confess i remember it being with the offset to the top but i cant remember for sure. good luck and i hope i helped a little. oh, top rpm is around 1600 to 1800 if i remember correctly
