Hello, i posted a couple of pictures on the JI Case section only to find out the tractor is an IHC 240 or 340. I have added a couple more pictures to help identify and to assist what is missing. Apparently the sheet metal has to go but not unless i can get this thing operating correctly or on the right path. It looks like the remote valves are missing, am I correct? Also, does the 3 point look complete?

PS-I am in the process of purchasing a manual but I figured the pros on this message board could help in the meantime. thank you in advance. Apologize if this is a duplicate post of one earlier today....

It looks like a International 340 Utility to me. Order a manual for a International 340, not a Farmall 340. Your Case/IH dealer can order manuals or other companies on this site also sell manuals.

The hitch is actually a 2 point hitch, or Fast Hitch, with provisions to convert to 3pth. You need the top link to mount 3pth implements. The top link is available everywhere is does not need to be IHC.

It appears that you have room for another valve but should run OK the way it is.

Yes, it is a 340 Utility. You will the parts book for utilities. Don't get the 340 Farmall book.
