...but it wasn't a tractor. I went to see the movie "Charlie Wilson's War" last Saturday. Early in the movie, there is a scene where an old, dark-green IHC Loadstar tandem truck is delivering food to Afghan refugees in the early 1980's. The movie is intriguing...but I could do without the frontal nudity and the abundant 'f' bombs. Remove the smut and swearing...give it a PG-13 rating...and it would be a better movie. I have a friend serving in Afghanistan right now. I pray for a successful outcome for our troops, and the citizens of that region. A Blessed 2008 to all of you!

I knows what you mean. I was surprised at how much that bothered me.

I was just watching a movie with the wife t'other night and a nice looking kid was disking with what I think was an H when he decided to reach over and grab his hat off a branch. Told my wife I had a bad feeling he was gonna end up under that disk and so he did. Can't remember the name of it though.

Way back when we were dating my wife and I watched that movie. She freaked out when she saw that scene. She couldn't believe it could happen that easy.

I used to drive some old Loadstars and Cargostars... hated 'em both. Very uncomfortable cabs if you're a tall guy.
