I just found out that there is a tractor show/mabey pull coming up in in 2 weeks, its only 55 miles from here and the state fair grounds. I here its suppose to be mosly junk deer and I wanted to show them up with either the H or the M (I assume I will have it put back together). But what do I need to do to prepare for the show and hopefully they have a pull?

Thanks Derek

Did you have any luck with the clutch shaft this afternoon?

Yes, and thank-u for your advice, It helped and I all fell right out after I did something right! But I worked out well and now I need to find a right angle drill so I can get that sheared off bolt out (does not look like a cup of tea)!

Thanks again, DEREK

Oh Boy, finding an angle drill to borrow can be super tough, not many people have one. I looked for one a long time ago to drill drain holes in the stringers on my wooden boat. I think I ended up using a small plastic hand crank drill. Wait, I have an idea! how about using a dremmel and cut a small slot in it for a screw driver. I bet the bolt isn't stuck since it was side force that snapped it off and you might just need to be able to get just a little grip on it to get it out.

that might be an Idea! my first thought was I have a right angel 3/8 impact (one of those light duty jobs) and get one of those bits that have a hex end that is a fast change and find the right size of socket to give it a shot, but you prolly right about not being tight. Nothing else was, why this? Everything I disconnected was with my CEETEE's. Unbelivable, but the clutch looks good, I think someone shadetreed it and did not tighten any thing at all

Yeah, I think my H was shadetreed also. wires were hooked up wrong, stuff loose, wrong battery the list goes on and on and on (like some of my posts!) The last one I found was while taking off the muffler to get the hood off and I noticed the pipe moving, well I just thought it was loose threads, nope! it was the whole manifold! I don't know why I was suprised. I had battled a slight miss from too tight valves when I got it and thought I was going to have to grind the valves. I tightend up the manifold one full turn on every nut and she died. Too rich at idle now! anyway, readjusted the carb and it purrs like a kitten with a belly full of cream! Too bad you can't hear it over the racket from the tranny unless the clutch is pushed in. dummy me bought it because it looked good! At least I KNOW it WILL be good when I get done. I have had a lot of good help on here too!
