I have tried to put this sale bill on this post, but I'm not having any luck. There is a big auction tomorrow, Feb. 3, 2006 at 10 AM in Versailles, IN with 40 old tractors, many of the IHC products--- one is described as an F-30 duckbill; can anyone tell me what the "duckbill" part means? Thanks! Ferd

I was going to post a picture of an F-30 duckbill, but since that wont work I'll give you a link to a site that does have one.

The duckbill refers to the uniqueshape of the cover on top of the pedastool. There was one cover which was known as standard with more of a dome shape like the one shown here.

Since I can't get this bill to post, I'll type out the IHC tractors listed--- (2) Farmall 12's (steel and rubber, (2) F-14's, Farmall 20 & 30, F-30 duckbill, Fairway 12 with rolling fenders, McCormick-Deering W9, Farmall Regular, 10-20, 15-30, 2 F-20s ( --may be a duplicate typo ?) F-12 with sickle mower, F-12 with cross-cut saw, 10-20 for parts, another Regular, etc. There are a few wmore F-2os listed, but I think maybe they are duplicated typos. Who knows....
Several other makes and models listed.
The auctioneer doesn't have a website, evidently, and the address of the sale is 6236 C. R. 25 W, Versailles, IN. Thanks!
