I would check to make sure the oil gallery on the engine isn't clogged with sludge. Remove the gauge and connect a short piece of hose to where
the gauge was installed. Then have someone crank
over the engine and see if any oil is being dicharged from the hose. If you good oil flow I would find a calibrated gauge and install it to determine what the oil pressure is. If it still reads zero, I would drop the pan and check the oil pump. The relief valve on the pump me be stuck open. I wouldn't run the engine until you determine the problem. You could do major damage to your engine. It must have some pressure or you would have bearings knocking. Hal
